The Fair Work Commission has varied the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award effective from the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 June 2020 to provide employees with an entitlement to receive annual leave loading.
An employee under the Award will now be entitled to receive 17.5% loading when taking a period of paid annual leave or when paid out accumulated annual leave at the end of employment.
